Men can also take these my twin brother asked if I had any vits while he visited, my family is big on health. Hes a trainer so is my mom & nutritionist. She actually taught me what to look for in vits and they should be taken at night. Makes sense buy the time you wake they are in your system and you are ready for your day! Some people wonder why they lag through work, have problems sleeping. You take in the AM hours after absorbed you have made it through most of your day already. Taking at night literally right before sleep is a game changer! I chose these after reading all the ingredients along with the price point of course. My twin stated how he liked them alot & asked me to purchase them for him. He can care less that they state women vits. He cares about the performance and I have to agree. Don't let the few fillers deter your choice, won't do any harm. Alot of more expensive vits that claim not to have them,all natural etc, the vit quality is very low. You barely get what you need. Its like you are paying for the brand not the quality performance you have to take a few to get what you get from 1 of these tabs.
